Obituary for John William Litten

John William Litten, 68, of Haymarket, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.

He was born on July 15, 1948 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to the late Frederick William Litten and Betty Litten, who survives.

John served in the Vietnam War with the 92nd Engineer Battalion. He was employed for over 45 years at Alban Tractor and was an active member of Haymarket Masonic Lodge #313.

Besides his father, John was preceded in death by his son, Aaron Litten.

He is survived by his mother; his wife of 42 years, Judy; daughter, Amy Krug and her husband, Matt; grandchildren, Danielle and Alexis Krug; brother, Steve Litten and 2 nephews.

A great man was lost as he was loved by all that knew him.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 25, 2017, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, Virginia. A masonic service will begin at 3:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel with Rev. David Moore officiating.

Interment will take place on Thursday, March 2, 2017, 12:00 p.m. at Quantico National Cemetery.
