Condolences

Condolence From: Rebecca Ward
Condolence: I first met Eugenia and Maurice in '71 when they were just married and heading for Stanford. They have been a comfort to me at several hard times during my life. Eugenia was always quiet, reserved and when she spoke - very witty. She was a dear soul. May her strength and love always be with you - Maurice, Sarah and Steven.

Condolence: Fischer Family...I have only known Eugenia since August and of course we met through knitting. The first time I met her I was impressed by her smile and pleasant positive attitude. Steven or Sarah brought her to knit with our group each week possible. She laughed and shared stories...she was an impressive lady and will be greatly missed.

Condolence: Fischer Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I will miss Eugenia so much. She taught me so much about being serious about the craft of knitting. I still have a sock that I promised her I would finish one day. She never judged me always very encouraging. She went with me to a women's conference a few years ago and we celebrated our faith in the Lord together. I am so glad I will always have that memory of her.

Condolence: From the day I first met Eugenia I felt we had been dear friends forever. I loved her smile and her stories most of all. She taught me so much about knitting (I regret we never finished the scarf we took a class together to learn. Time ran out... And she taught me to be silent when I wanted to react. I will miss her. She certainly made my life better. My thoughts and sympathy to all of her family but especially Maurice, Steven and Sarah.

Condolence From: Jean Cote
Condolence: We met through knitting and became immediate friends. She patiently taught me how to fix my mistakes and calmed me down when I was ready to rip everything out. Master knitter, master friend. (I could, however, beat her at canasta once in a while.) Her smile brightened every room she entered. My life has been greatly enriched by knowing this very special lady. She will be missed.
