Juaniva M. Giannetta, 78, of Manassas Park, passed away December 31, 2017 after a lengthy illness.

Born February 17, 1939 in Decatur, Texas, Juaniva was the daughter of the late James Wood and Corrinne Taylor Wood. She was in training to be a RN when she met her husband Carl Giannetta in 1961; they were married 6 months later. Carl preceded his wife of 55 years in death on August 19, 2016.

Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Giannetta was preceded in death by one daughter, Frances Diane Giannetta. She is survived by her three daughters, Patricia Giannetta; Deborah Cesaretti and her husband Andrew; Stephannie Mijo; two granddaughters, Jennifer Giannetta-Mijo, Tamara Cesaretti, two grandsons, Timothy Horstkamp and Christopher Mijo; three great grandsons Nicholas, Samuel and Daniel Ramsey; three great granddaughters Kayleigh & Lillian Horstkamp, and Ava Grace Mijo; two brothers Dale Wood and his family; and Randy Wood; three sister’s Carole Wood, Kathryn LeMay and family, Sharon Bartz and family and her sister-in-law, Frances Ingo and her family.

Graveside and interment services will be held on Friday January 12, 2018 at 10:00 in Stonewall Memory Gardens, 12004 Lee Highway, Manassas, VA 20109.
