Mrs. Carroll was born August 6th, 1924 in Fauquier County, the daughter of Malcolm and Laura Heflin, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Caleb Carroll; two brothers, George W. Breeden and Ray Isaac Breeden; and a niece, Gertrude Breeden Sharp. Selena is survived by one niece, Edna B. Edwards of Morrisville, VA; and two nephews, Dave Breeden of Fredericksburg, VA; and Harry Breeden of Georgia; as well as several great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 1st, 2010 at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, with Rev. Hae Rin Lawson officiating. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the Washington Humane Society, 7319 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20012.
