She was born March 9th, 1965 to Gaston and Ines Cilliani in Waycross, Georgia. Cynthia was a 14 year veteran of the U.S. Navy; she graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and later became a Board Certified Family Practice Doctor in Manassas, Virginia. Cynthia is survived by her husband and best friend, Ernesto L. Flores; son, Caleb Flores; and daughter Gabriella Flores. Visitation will be 10 A.M. - 12 noon on Saturday, July 3rd, with funeral services to follow from 12 – 1 P.M. at Baker Post Funeral Home. Cynthia will be laid to rest on October 20th, 2010 at 3P.M. in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a scholarship in Cynthia's honor at Texas Tech University.
