Obituary for Robert Neil Milligan

LINCOLN, NH - Robert Neil Milligan, 50, of Catlett, VA passed away suddenly on July 9, 2017 in Lincoln, NH after a fun filled day participating in Warren Old Home Days and riding with his ATV buddies.

Robert was born on December 21, 1966 in Arlington, VA to Robert D. Milligan and Mary A. Maillet. He was a graduate of Bishop Dennis J. O'Connell High School.
