Obituary for Zachary Charles Wyatt

Zachary Charles Wyatt, age 32, of Manassas, VA, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020.

Zach was born on January 30, 1988 in Roanoke, VA to Wanda Cook Wyatt and William Mallory Wyatt. He was the second of four children and had a fun-loving, spirited personality and a witty sense of humor.

Zach attended Stonewall Jackson High School, and upon leaving school, he worked a variety of jobs, including food service, home remodeling, and tire repair. All who knew Zach well understood that beneath his strong exterior, he loved his family deeply and placed a high value on loyalty to those close to him. He loved off-road mudding, working on cars, fishing, spending time out in nature, and any and all electronic gadgets.

He is predeceased by his grandparents Charles C. and Norma W. Cook.

He is survived by his wife (separated), Christie Lynn Pekar; his son, Kane; previous partner, Kara Ater, mother of his son, Alec; parents William Mallory Wyatt and Wanda Cook Wyatt; sister Katie Wyatt Darder and brother-in-law, Christopher B. Darder, brother Justin Michael Wyatt, brother Joshua William Wyatt, grandparents William C. Wyatt, III and Patricia M. Wyatt, as well as one niece and nephew, uncles, aunts, cousins, and special friends.

Zach will be deeply missed by those who loved him.

Arrangements for a memorial service of Zachary’s life will be private and held at a later date.
