Condolences

Condolence From: Gordon Sumner
Condolence: Al was a superb friend and fellow Patriot. As a faithful member of our Chpt 353, MOPH, he was always one to provide sound advice and support. He and Val were the cuties couple at our meetings!! They made me feel like I was part of the Ortiz family, something I'll always deeply appreciate. He will truly be missed by so many, especially his fellow Patriots within the Military Order of the Purple Heart. May God bless him, Val, and the Ortiz family with his grace and kindness. We'll Never Forget.

Condolence: Veronica,
I'm sorry for the loss of your Dad. The soldiers of the Korean "Police Action" are all unsung heroes. They deserve a special place since they were basically deserted by the government yet managed to overcome tremendous hardships. I am sure he was quite a man. May he now Rest in Peace

Condolence From: Larry & Kathie James
Condolence: What a wonderful man, a great patriot, and a devoted Christian! When I (Kathie) worked under his direction in Project ADELANTE, I learned so very much, not only for that project but also for principles to be used as an administrator in all venues. He was one of the principal influences in my career as an educator. Larry and I are so very glad that we could celebrate his birthday with him and visit with the family. We shall miss him greatly, but he leaves a tremendous legacy in many, many places and with many, many persons. Please accept our warmest and most sincere condolences.

Condolence: My childhood was filled with visits from the Ortiz family on one of their many road trips. You'd always find Uncle Al behind a camera capturing memories. He was a proud veteran and spent so much of his time giving back to the military. While he will never be forgotten, I will be reminded of him every time I see the faces of my cousins: Ronni, Lorie, Mark and Bernadette. I see his love in your eyes and his kindness in your smiles. He will always be in my heart. I am holding the family in my prayers.

Condolence: Bernadette, I am so sorry for your loss. After reading your father’s obituary he lived a full and happy life. You carry on from your father the live of life. Your father will always be with you and the pain you and your family are feeling will subside but never go away. I know this from my parents.
