The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Anthony Hill can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Tony is an institution at the Veterans Benefits Academy. I first met him in 2007 for a VA training. At the VA socials night, he made sure that everyone is well-networked, as he introduced each of the training participants by complete name, and from their regional office of origin. His ability to remember names and faces and significant things is truly impressive.
He has always given a warm welcome whenever I come back to Baltimore to conduct trainings. I make sure to bring an ube (taro) loaf bread for him (from Manila) because he likes those so much and raves about the bread. Men like Tony, gushing over a local bread from Manila, Philippines will always be a good memory for me.
I am sad that a good man like Tony, whose expertise, professionalism, warm personality, and humor has graced the halls and classrooms of the VA Academy will truly be missed. It was such an honor to have attended his classes.
My deepest condolences to his family. May God comfort all of you at this time of loss.
