In 1974, the family moved to Northern Virginia where Bonnie and Chuck became active members of the Ox Hill Baptist Church. In 1978, Bonnie and other women from the church formed Ox Hill Baptist Mother’s Day Out program where she worked for 30 years caring for babies and preschoolers. While at Ox Hill Baptist, Bonnie and Chuck worked with the youth group, youth and adult choirs, men’s chorus, and countless other committees. In most recent years the two were very involved in a group of church friends called the Silver Threads. Bonnie devoted herself to loving, caring and helping others; if you needed help, she was always there. She has always been deeply loved and will always be deeply missed and loved forever, by her family and friends.
