Obituary for Carol Lynn Farmer (Sizemore)
Carol Lynn Farmer, 66, of Warrenton, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 15, 2022 surrounded by her son, daughter and sisters.
Born April 7, 1955 in Welch, WV she was the daughter of the late Lawrence “LT” Sizemore Jr and Virginia J (Surber) Sizemore.
In addition to her parents and grandparents she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas (Doug) ; Sister Barbara and daughter-in-law Melissa Farmer.
Among her survivors left to cherish her memory are her son, Douglas Jr, daughter Tasha, her three grandchildren who she was fondly known as “Lily” are Haley, Derek and Douglas III; her four sisters; Linda Heard, Marilyn Sue Farmer-Carroll, Brenda Howard and husband Wade, Shelby Savin and husband William (Bill) along with many nieces and nephews as well as close friends.
A Celebration of Life for the family will be held at 11AM at Chapel Springs Assembly of God Church at 11500 New Life Way Bristow, VA 20136 with Pastor Douglas Chapman officiating on Saturday January 29, 2022.
Interment will take place at a later date at the family cemetery in West Virginia
