Carolyn Ann "Patty"  Moore (Moore)
Carolyn Ann Moore was born on November 28, 1955 to the late Charles Richard Moore Sr. and Mary Watson Moore.

She entered eternal rest on October 28, 2020 at Prince William Hospital.

Carolyn also known as “Patty”in earlier years was raised in Gainesville, Va on Carver Road. Patty graduated from Stonewall High school in 1974. A few years later she became a certified nursing assistant at Annaburg Manor where she was employed for 26 years until the closing of the facility in 2007. Thereafter she was transferred to Gainesville Health and Rehab Center where she was presently employed for the last 14 years.

Throughout her life Patty was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, partner and friend. Patty always carried a smile and a pleasant word everywhere she went.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother Mary Watson Moore, three daughters LeShan Weatherholtz (Shaun), Catherine Moore, and Patti Moore. Her “favorite” grandson Kaiden Moore and granddaughters Kamden and Khouri Moore. Siblings Charlene Kamara (late Alvin) Charles Moore Jr(Kim), Marcell Moore(Tina) and David Moore(Bobbi). Long-time best friends Fawn, Elyn, Savilla, Natalie, Teresa, Earline and Darcel. Her partner in life Tommy Ziegler and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her father Charles Richard Moore Sr.

Patty was a loving Mother and Caregiver to many people throughout her life including her daughters friends, her friends children and people she befriended.

She was a bright light that cannot be replaced.
