Condolence: My heart goes out to Jennifer and the rest of Dan's family. I knew Dan through Georgetown University, where we were classmates. Everyone liked Dan. He always had something humorous to say or had a kind word. There is no doubt that he made the world happier and at least a little bit better. He will be missed. We love you, Dan.

Condolence: Words escape me. I knew Dan (Bull) back when we were in Misawa. Always full of energy and brought fun to the watch floor. He could make you laugh when you thought it impossible. My thoughts are with you during this hard time. Knowing him, he loved you all with his heart and soul. He will be missed by many.

Condolence: Your quiet strength, your dry sense of humor, your solid presence, your reliability, your giving nature -- all of these I will miss, Dan. And seeing you at the Wednesday morning breakfasts was the highlight of many of your Rotarian friends. We valued your wisdom, your desire to improve people's lives and sad situations around you and in the world, and also hearing about your happy travels visiting family. How fortunate we were to have you and that is what makes saying goodbye so hard.

Condolence: So many memories, tho we didnt see each other often lately. Those teen years and memories will never fade. Just recently our conversation brought laughter and even some tears.
