Obituary for Dennis John Salkco

Dennis John  Salkco
Dennis John Salkco, age 73, of Manassas passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020. Dennis was born in
Windber, Pennsylvania on August 17, 1946. Dennis moved to Virginia at the age of 17. He was a
graduate of Osbourn High School and joined the Army that included a tour in Vietnam. Upon his return
he worked for the State Department and then with Shirley Contractors for 38 years until he retired 5
years ago.

Preceded in death by his parents Michael Joseph and Anna Agnes Salkco and his brother, Edward. He is
survived by his wife of 45 years, Sandra Salkco of Manassas, his son Tony Salkco of Manassas, his
grandson Jordan Parker of Papillion, Nebraska, brother Michael Salkco of Manassas, sister Elvira Fischer
of Melbourne, Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be graveside on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Stonewall Memory Gardens, 12004 Lee Highway, Manassas, VA 20109.

A memorial contribution may be made in the form of a donation to the National Kidney Foundation.
