I had the pleasure of living next door to Earl on Peabody street recently until we moved. He was such a nice man, and we enjoyed getting to know him and chatting with him. He had great stories and advice, and loved to chat across the "fence". My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. I know that he loved you all very much, and I'm sorry for your loss.
