Joyce Lynn Carter
Born to Betty Wallace Skinner in Bristow, Virginia on July 13,1965 and departed this life on April 25, 2022.

Joyce was raised by Robert Lee Carter as well as Agnes Carter who preceded her in death.

Joyce grew up and attended schools in Falls Church, Virginia.

Joyce leaves behind to mourn her Mother Betty Skinner (Roscoe) 5 children Jejuan, Shavon and Jarvis Carter, Robert and Mariah Robinson as well as 19 grandchildren.

Joyce also leaves to mourn 1 brother Roscoe Skinner Jr, 2 sisters Penny Greene (Torland) and Tarsha Johnson (Mike)

Joyce had a host of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, May 14th, at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Rd. Manassas, VA 20110, with Rev. Lawrence Newman leading the service.
