The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kathryn Wilkins can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Kay enjoyed engaging in political discussions. We were on opposite sides of many issues. She spoke her piece. An endearing quality I liked about Kay. I continued to enjoy her comments on FB posts. She was genuine and true to herself. At the center of her life was her family. Which once lead to a conversation about her fear of flying! We will miss you Kay.

Condolence: I had the honor and pleasure of working with Kay from 1990 until her retirement. It was always a bright spot in each day to see and talk with her. She was always interested in our families, our children. She was so talented, dedicated, loyal, and just genuinely nice and sincere. My sympathies to family on the loss of Kay.
