She was of the Protestant Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loved and devoted husband, Lawrence M. Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt passed away on November 7, 2020. The Wyatt’s were married for 56 years. Her faithful pooch, Violet, a Jack Russell Terrier, passed away in 2019.
Kitty is survived by daughter Amy, Haymarket, Outi (Pussinen) Lindroth, Foreign Exchange Student from Finland, and Penny, a mischievous Jack Russell Terrier.
Kitty worked in the association environment for many years, and after retirement, worked in the legal arena for 11 years, fully retiring in 2019.
Kitty enjoyed working around her magnificent home growing begonias, roses and other flowers around the pool area. She enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and many foreign countries with her late husband.
Throughout her lifetime Kitty lived life to the fullest and was always known to keep busy. Her long life on this earth was indeed a journey. She was always honest, worked hard, was very choosy, and spoke her mind. Kitty enjoyed keeping a clean house, well-manicured gardens, and was known for cooking delicious meals, and was extremely organized. She loved her life and what she had been given, it was not accidental. Kitty searched for purpose and did as best she could. Dreaming did matter, it allowed her to become that which she inspire to be. She laughed often and appreciated the little things. She never worried, thinking having less wrinkles were more becoming. She took time for herself and planned for longevity. Last, but not least, Kitty always recognized the special people she was blessed to know and held them close to her heart.

Funeral services will be held at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Rd. Manassas, Va 20110 – visitation from 10-11, with a service immediately following at 11am.

Kitty will be laid to rest beside her husband at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Nativity Mausoleum.
