On November 22nd, 2022, Marieann Ramirez, adored wife and mother, passed away at UVA Haymarket Hospital in Virginia following a battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Anthony Robert Bohensky and Carol (Kubofcik) Bohensky. Survived by loving husband Matthew Ramirez and children Aiden and Ava, brother Jeffrey Sotosky and sister in-law Shannon along with their children Hailey and Landon, father and mother in-law Anthony and Suzanne Ramirez.

Graduate of Bishop McCort High School, received BS in Education from St. Francis University and Masters Degree from George Mason University. Employed by Prince William County Schools, Yorkshire Elementary School. As educator in Prince William County for 22 years she impacted many lives inside and outside of the classroom. Marieann will be remembered for her generosity, thoughtfulness and willingness to lend a helping hand. Her true calling was to teach and build life-long relationships with students and parents. She enjoyed entertaining friends and family, relaxing in the sun and sand but most of all Marieann was happiest spending time with her two children who she cherished.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas Virginia.
