Martin Enrique  Aponte
Martin Enrique Aponte, 51, of Bristow, Virginia passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021.

Born on January 9, 1970, in Washington D.C., he was the son of Benjamin and Maria Aponte-Rivera. Martin was a graduate of Annandale High School in 1988.

His favorite times were spending time with his family and friends and loved all of his friend’s kids as if they were his own. He was a Washington Nationals fan as well as a Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed watching as many games as he could.

He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Aponte-Rivera and his sister, Jessica Aponte.

Surviving are his mother, Marie Aponte-Rivera, his loving wife, Heather Aponte and his step-son, CJ Serino. Also surviving are his nephews, Andre, Andrew and Anthony Aponte as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, July 17, 2021 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, Virginia.
