Obituary for Mary Louise Haley

Mary Louise Haley passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, November 9, 2020.

Born September 11, 1938 in Washington, D.C. She was the daughter of Rebecca Russell and Thomas Coleman.

She lived most of her life in Falls Church, Virginia for several years until she retired from Fairfax County. For (14) years she lived with her daughter Janet Haley-Varre and her son in law Patrick Varre in Fairfax, Virginia. Mary entered Dulles Health and Rehab in March 2018 and remained a resident until her death on November 9, 2020.

She is survived by her daughter Janet Haley-Varre, deceased son Otis Haley, Sister Rosalee Marshall Ewell, granddaughters Natasha Nunn, Heather Winston, great grandchildren Zoe Nunn, Xzavier Nunn, Haley Winston and many niece’s, nephews and cousins.

The service will be conducted by Rev. Harold Howard on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Baker-Post Funeral Home, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, VA. The Visitation will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 am followed by a service at 11:00 am. The interment will be held at Little Zion Baptist Church, 7600 Greenville Rd., Nokesville, Virginia. There is a 35 maximum capacity so please check with Janet Haley-Varre at 703-378-2519 to verify if there is space.
