Obituary for Mary Alice Mulatz
Mary Alice Mulatz, of Nokesville, Virginia, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the age of 90.
Born on March 12, 1930, in Plymouth, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Burton F. and Edna M. Chesson Ange.
Mary grew up in Plymouth, NC where she attended high school and where she met Joseph Mulatz, who became her husband in May of 1956. They were married 34 years until his passing in October 1990.
Mary was a member of Berean Baptist Church in Manassas, Virginia. She also was an avid reader.
Besides her parents and husband, Mary was also preceded in death by her sister, Corrine Kelly and her brother-in-law, Furman Kelly.
She is survived by her only daughter, Jo Anna Mulatz, of Nokesville, VA; her brother, Burton E. Ange and his wife, Linda of Plymouth, NC as well as nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A graveside service and interment will take place at Hillside Memorial Gardens in Plymouth, North Carolina where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
