Obituary for Maurio Tremayne Bailey

Maurio Tremayne Bailey was born on May 29, 1985, to Juliet Queen Bailey and Sylvester Blakeney. He was born, raised, and educated in Alexandria, Virginia. He grew up in Cameron Valley and Buckman Road known as the Highway. Alexandria was his home.

Maurio was in the hospital over a month fighting for his life. Each day there, he was ministered to with worship, praise songs, and daily word. God had a plan. He saw Maurio’s struggle and felt the pain. The Lord says, “He will Never Leave You nor Forsake You.” Maurio accepted the Lord into his life at an early age. In the end, he had a personal relationship with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. On January 2, 2023, Maurio took his last breath. Matthew 25:21 - Well done, thy good and faithful servant… Come on Home Maurio. No more pain and suffering.

He worked several jobs in Hospitality, especially Food Service.
He loved to cook and have cookouts with his family and friends. Maurio also loved to read, listen to music, play chess, among many other hobbies.

Maurio married the love of his life, Danielle N. Miller. Together they had two sons, Cayden D. Bailey and Zyian T. Bailey.

Maurio leaves to cherish: Danielle, Cayden and Zyian, Dario Bailey (Brother) Juliet Bailey (Mother), and Sylvester Blakeney (Father), a niece, nephews and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
