I was so sad and shocked to learn that Nancy passed on. She was a wonderful woman! I enjoyed working with her while she was at NTIA. When she retired in 2018, I was sad to see her go but thrilled that she was going to have time for travel, gardening, and spending time with family. My condolences to her family.
