Neil was among the sweetest, most sincere friends anyone could ask for. His laugh would reach your soul. His smile started from his eyes and encompassed his entire being and everyone around him.
Neil was a brilliant man who knew more about concrete and waterproofing than most. If he didn't know something, he certainly knew who to contact to find out.
His passing leaves a void in our hearts and in our industry. You will be sorely missed brother.
