Condolence: I will sorely miss him. When I think of Neil, the first thought is always something Drew said long ago just before I met Neil for the first time. Drew thought of Neil, affectionately as a the "mad scientist" of the concrete repair industry. Always looking for the best way to help us solve problems even if he had to visit the manufactures labs to encourage creative solutions. I will deeply miss that and him.
