Obituary for Randy Lee Preston
Randy Lee Preston born 07/06/1954 passed away at his temporary home in Virginia on September 3, 2019.
Randy was born in Torrington, Wyoming. He graduated from Greybull High School in 1972. He was a Brand Inspector for several years before going to work in the Oil Fields. In later years he worked for Wal-Mart and Coulter Car Care. Randy was the best guy you could ever know; was a quick wit and it was hard to ever get one up on him. He was the best husband, dad and grandpa that anyone could ever want.
He is preceded in death by his parents Elden and Nancy Preston, and one brother Doug. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Becky; brother Clint Preston of WY; sister Dolores Daul of WY; Son Jason Preston of SC; Daughter Leanna (David) Griffin of MO; Stepchildren Robert (Angie) DeWolf of AZ; Cliff (Sandrine) DeWolf of Virginia, and grandkids Justice Preston of MS; Tieryn Preston of MO; Henry Griffin of MO; Tyler DeWolf and Alyssa DeWolf of AZ; and several nieces and nephews.
Words can’t express how much he will be missed by everyone who ever knew him. A memorial service will held in the summer of 2020 when we bring him home to Wyoming, the place he loved.
