Prayers and condolences to your family. I am very sad to hear that Robbie had passed. I have known him since high school. He was my brother’s friend. I can still remember the day he walked into communications at PWCPD back in 1987 and it was the first time I realized he was an officer. He has always been like a brother to me. I use to talk to him all the time when I was in warrants before I left the department. Such a great guy! So kind and caring with everyone. Thank you Robbie for all the times you made me laugh. God bless you!
