I would like to express my sincere condolences on the passing of one of the finest persons I ever worked with, Roger Cubbage. He was my supervisor for a number of years at the Department of Justice. As a supervisor Roger was always fair, helpful, and committed to the cause of justice. As a person, Roger was friendly, generous, and caring. He was a wonderful person, and I hope that sentiments such as these provide you with some comfort during your time of grief.
