My Dad...

Dad (Superman), There are so many stories and memories I have it would take me 40 years to share them all... one of my favorites is watching Wheel of Fortune with you, you grilling burgers and just hanging out... watching you & my boys drive go karts in August at the beach was a great day. I know it's one of their favorites too!! You were the absolute best Dad. You taught me so much but the most important thing you showed me is how to be a good parent. Thank you for working so hard so we could have a good life. Thank you for being THE most amazing Papa to my kids. You showed them SO much love and always had them laughing. They will continue to work hard & make you proud. Just tonight Nathan said when he grows up he wants to be a man just like you. They know how much you love them. And even though Alex (Nejt, Rootbeer.. lol) is 2... we will be sure he grows up knowing you, too. We were so lucky to have you. I just wish it could have been longer. This isn't fair and I'm going to miss you every single second of my life. And Dad.. I promise to make sure Mom is ok. I remember you'd call me at work if you couldn't get ahold of her asking if I knew where she was. You loved her so much & worried about her so much. I will be sure she's ok. I promise you. Thank you again Dad for all of the wonderful memories. I will cherish them forever. I love you.. your daughter, Cathie
