Obituary for Virginia Higgins Werner
Virginia Higgins Werner, 83, of Manassas, Virginia, passed away December 22, 2020.
Born January 3, 1937 in Hot Springs, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Foster and Veta Higgins. She married Richard F. Werner on June 15, 1963 in Roanoke, VA.
Virginia, known as Gingie, had a love of Sports and Bingo.
She is survived by her son Kurt, his wife Julie, son Derek, and Daughter Kerry, and her husband John Bland. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Patrick, Andrew, Brandon, and Ashley.
She will be forever remembered and greatly missed.
At the request of the deceased, there will be a private family mass at All Saints and burial at Quantico Cemetery with her deceased husband.
