I Worked with bill on C-2 bill would always help
rookies i remember him well he was a really good
officer i am always going to remember he should
have been an sgt because he was looked up to by
all who worked with him i went to plainclothes and
if my memory is good i believe he had the senate
crosswalk with officer taylor and tom willilams when
he left the department they lost a really good officer his family should be so proud of him
