Please accept my heartfelt condolence. I had the pleasure of working with Doug at Fort Belvoir for many years. He was an inspiration to me and so many others with his "Can-Do" and "No Job Too Tough" attitude! I always appreciated his candor and his wise counsel. He was not just a co-worker. He was a friend. A friend to me and countless others. He will forever be a part of who we are. God bless!
