Louise Elizabeth Welker of Washington, D.C. passed away March 4, 2007 in Bastrop, TX

Devoted wife of the late Louis A. Welker; beloved mother of Ken (Rosi) Welker of Fairfax; Louis (Ellen) Welker of Davidsonville, MD; Vivian (James) Froncek of Bastrop, TX; loving grandmother of Kenny, Stephen, Bryan, Patricia, and Justin. Besides her husband, Mrs. Welker was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.

Graveside and interment services will be held on April 27, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
