Therese G  Noller
Therese G. Noller, born on June 10, 1925 to James and Marie (nee Kerwin) Gibbons, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2015. Mrs. Noller was born and raised in New Jersey before moving to Manassas 12-1/2 years ago.

Mrs. Noller is survived by one son Michael and his wife, Vickie of Trenton, Texas and two daughters, Janet Sokalski of Manassas, VA and Eileen Giovia and her husband Joe of Manassas, VA and five grandchildren, Nathan and his wife Misty of Whitesboro, TX, Josiah and his wife Rachael of Greenville, TX, and Jennie Foster and her husband Randy of Sadler, TX, Jacob Giovia of Manassas, VA, and Allison Giovia of Manassas, VA She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and a great-grandchild due in the Summer. She is pre-deceased by three brothers and their wives, Jimmy Gibbons and his wife Dorothy, Joe Gibbons and his wife Marilyn, and Bob Gibbons and three sisters, Marie “Sis” Gibbons, Virginia VanBuskirk and her husband Everett, and Nancy McGeady and her husband Roy and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Noller was employed as a Bookkeeper at Waco Machine Corp Elmwood Park, New Jersey until her retirement.

Prior to moving to Manassas, Mrs. Noller was a long-time choir member of St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Elmwood Park, New Jersey and a member of Elmwood Park’s Golden Agers. She was also a member of St. Leo’s Rosary Society and St. Leo’s Home & School Association.

After moving to Manassas, Mrs. Noller belonged to the Adult Choir at All Saints Catholic Church, The Senior Center, “The Red Hat Club” of Marywood, and danced with “The Happy Hoofers”. Besides spending time with her family, Mrs. Noller’s greatest loves were dancing, singing, and reading.

Family will receive friends on Friday April 24, 2015 at 9:30 am, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 am.

Interment will private and at a later date in New Jersey.
