Obituary for Warren Michael Mehus
Warren Michael Mehus, loving father, brother, son, and friend, passed away at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA on Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
Michael is survived by his two children, Deshawn Michael Mehus and Paige Elizabeth Mehus; his father and step mother; Michael and Lynnie Mehus; his mother and step father, Melissa and Steve Fales; his brother and sister in law, Jonathon and Jessica Mehus; his step brother, Daniel Good; his sister, Rachel Frank; his nieces, Kaylee, Alexa, and Suhailah; his nephew; Luke; and girlfriend, Sierra Lamont.
Warren loved sports; from the Redskins to the Capitals. If it was sports, he was watching it with his son, Deshawn or chasing after the light of his life, Paige. Michael was an amazing father and would stop at nothing to give all he had for his kids. He put everyone else's needs before his own. His nieces loved him with all they had and his nephew never took his eyes off him. Michael was truly the best friend you could possibly have. He could make you laugh and make you cry. Or even get you so mad you would want to explode. But his smile could brighten a room and his eyes pierced you like he was looking straight through you. He was an amazing brother, a loving son and best friend to everyone he met.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Baker-Post Funeral Home, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, VA. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm with a service following at 7:00 pm. Interment services at Stonewall Memory Gardens will follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please make a donation to Paige and Deshawn’s trust funds.
