Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Joan Pignone can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Joan's passing. She will be missed by many. One word to describe Joan is passionate. She was passionate about her family, nursing and Redskin football. I worked with her for several years at PWH and even after I moved away from Manassas, we kept in touch at least at Christmas. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
