Mike Payne, 58, of Herndon, passed away July 13, 2016.
Mike was born to his mother, Shirley Payne and his father, William D. Payne (deceased), on November 20,1957 in Arlington, VA.
Survivors include his wife Angel; daughter Ashley; brother Jim; and his mother Shirley.
Mike enjoyed spending time outdoors doing activities such as fishing. He had a love of old cars, NASCAR, and was a big Redskins fan.
Funeral services and interment will be private and held at a later date.
