The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lawrence Roper can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I'm sorry to hear of the loss of Larry. He was a good friend and co-worker. I remember playing golf with Larry, Jim Purnell, Dave Matvay and myself every Wednesday morning after work. He was a great guy who always had a smile on his face and a trunk full of golf balls.

Condolence: It's always hard to say goodbye to a fellow Vietnam Veteran, we were all brothers over there. I played golf and worked with Larry for many years at BEP and he truly was a wonderful guy. He will be missed by all who knew him, may he rest in peace and for certain (one day my brother) we will meet again.
