You’ve been on my mind a lot and for the life of me could t figure out why. Then I heard the sad news. You helped me through a lot last year and always gave me an ear when I needed it. I’m sorry we lost touch...you had a good heart and wish things had played out differently. Rest easy my friend, your battles over.

Zach I can’t believe that the last time I saw you at Denny’s that was it. You were a good friend to me when I felt like I had none. I wish I had called the number you gave me so we could have had more time before the end. I can’t believe you’re gone. You will be missed greatly. I was just thinking about you the other day too. I was hoping things were going well for you. Who ever wrote your obituary was right about your “witty sense of humor.” It was so surreal reading it, I still can’t believe it was about you. It feels like yesterday, seeing you at Denny’s in your baggy black pants with your bright colored hair. Life passes all too quickly. I hope you were proud looking back into the mirror at yourself. You were a good person deep down. That is always something I will remember you for.
