Obituary for Isabella Grace Bornfeld
Isabella Grace Bornfeld, infant daughter of Brett and Sarah Haynes Bornfeld, passed away June 7, 2014 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
Besides her parents of Broad Run, she is survived by one sister, Reagan Joy Bornfeld, also of Broad Run; maternal grandparents, David and Sharon Haynes of Vienna; paternal grandparents, Jack Bornfeld of Cleveland; and Robert and Cynthia Garfield of North Carolina; maternal great-grandmother Joy Smith of Covington, KY; paternal great-grandparents, Lou and Joyce Darabant of Garfield Heights, OH; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jeffrey Smith officiating.
Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Little Georgetown Cemetery, Broad Run, VA.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Trisomy 18 Foundation, 173 Keith Street, Warrenton, VA 20186, or to www.trisomy18.org.
