i first would like to give my condolences to his parents Michelle ,Larry, brothers, and the rest of his family. I coached Kent as young child at 5 ,I was already coaching his older brother Lance ,and I knew Larry and Michelle because my son was coached by Larry. So I have heart felt deep sorrow for this family. Kent was one of the youngest and smelliest kids on team ,but had the biggest heart and toughness on the team .Kent was so small that at weigh in he had penny's and quarters in pocket to meet the minimum weight.Kent as a young football player was not afraid , of anyone bigger . I admired this little kid for that, it told me how big his heart was.,Kent and Kent's family I am honored that God let you guys cross my path of life, and in this time of grieving may God bless you all , and Kent rest in peace.

Kent was a great friend to my son, Josh Richardson. Kent was over at our house a lot and was very polite. I coached baseball at the middle school and High school and he was on the team and very talented especially at wrestling. He will be deeply missed.

A young gentlemen with a ton of character. I always enjoyed running in to him for a drink or two. I will miss those days because they were never planned but always fun and special.
