Condolence From: Bill & Gloria Turner
Condolence: We met Marilyn and Sig at First Assembly of God in Alexandria. We attended several Sunday School classes over the years and one of those was taught by Marilyn. We enjoyed her sound Biblical counsel through those lessons.
We also worked in children's ministries and thus knew Marilyn as an Elder and also Deacon (?). We visited her home at least once and delighted in her cow collection.
Sig and Marilyn were delightful people and we always knew we could count on them for wise counsel, as needed.
We are saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing, but somehow suspect she was ready and is even now enjoying her reunion with Sig and other family who have gone on before.
Our sympathies, Kim, Julie and David and your respective families. We didn't know her as "Oma, but we will miss her, too.
