Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mary Bademian can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Mary Alice Bademian

Mary Alice  Bademian
Mary Alice Bademian, 85, of Manassas, passed away February 27th, 2019.

Born November 19th, 1933 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Ione Spellman McInnes.

Mrs. Bademian was a stay-at-home mom and then worked for Fairfax County as a librarian for many years which allowed her to pursue her passion for learning and helping others.

Survivors include three sons, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Family members, friends and others whose lives Mom touched will be received on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas. A celebration of Mary’s life will begin at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Todd Tennant officiating.

Should friends desire, contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org.
