The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Michael Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: L
Condolence: Hello favorite brother. It's been about a year Mike. So much sadness in 2015 as we were grieving. So many tears and it still hurts so much. I miss you more than I can explain. No call from you for my birthday last month. It was the first time and I didn't know how to stop the pain I was feeling. Thank you for the message you sent me that helped me through. Christmas was celebrated but I could tell that everyone was missing you. We are all supporting each other. We stay in touch with Juanita, Ricky and the girls. We all went to the family reunion together and wore buttons with your picture. I can still hear your laughter, see your smile and feel your spirit. For that I am so thankful to God. I love you forever Mike. Your sister Linda.

Condolence: My condolences to your family in this sad time. I didn't know Mike well but he was a very nice guy, always pleasant. Peace and blessings to you and your family in your time of need.

Condolence From: Regina Jones
Condolence: So very sorry for your loss. It is my prayer that God give you peace in your quiet moments and comfort to replace your grief. May the love of family and friends help you through this most difficult time. May the Bible's promise, "And He (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and Death Will Be No More, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain, be anymore...", give you hope and bring you peace. (Revelation 21:4) With deepest sympathy.
