Obituary for Stephanie Sue Webber Bartley (Webber)

Stephanie Sue Webber Bartley, 29, of Tennessee, formerly of Manassas, passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born September, 29, 1987 in Manassas, VA, she was the daughter of the former Sue Barbour and Steven Webber. On July 12, 2014 in Jamaica, she married Ricardo Bartley, who survives.

Stephanie was a 2006 graduate of Osbourn Park High School; a 2011 graduate of George Mason University; and received her Master’s degree in 2016 in Memphis where she completed her teaching residency program. She was a dedicated Peace Corps Volunteer, and taught Spanish at the Memphis East High School, Memphis, Tennessee.

Surviving besides her husband of Jamaica, are her mother and step-father, Sue and Damon Cerrone; father and step-mother, Steven and Rebecca Webber; two sisters, Samantha Webber and Staci Webber; brother-in-law, Ward Strickland, two step-sons, Leonardo R. Bartley and RayJay R. Bartley; and many loving extended family members, friends, co-workers and Peace Corps colleagues.

The family will receive friends on February 18, 2017 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas. A celebration of Stephanie’s life will begin in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Jim Johnson officiating.

Interment will be private and take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
