It was obvious to those listening to John when he spoke that he loved his wife, Linda, his children, John and Melissa, and his precious grandchildren. He was so proud of the accomplishments John and Melissa had done and what wonderful people they had grown up to be. Oh, and how he got such a kick out of all the things his grandchildren did throughout the years. He had such a special relationship with all of them. In addition, no dog has ever been loved as much as John loved Charlie and vice versa. Charlie's tail would be going a mile a minute when he was with John. The neighborhood will not be the same without the two of them walking together in the morning. John also quietly and humbly did so much for his friends and neighbors behind the scenes. He was truly a great man!
