I am so sorry to learn of Roger's passing. He and I were colleagues at the Department of Justice for 25 years, including 15 years during the 1970s & 80s when we worked together on a daily basis. He confronted the professional challenges our work presented with a "can do" attitude, a sense of humor, and a ready laugh. I will always treasure my memories of the time I spent working with Roger.
