I worked with Erin and trained her to be a hostess at Tautog’s when she was barely 16 yrs old. Who knew someone so young would have stories to tell and wise words to share. She was witty and bold, yet she had such a big heart. I was blessed to know her then and admire those who continued to build a long lasting relationship with her. I cannot imagine the loss her family and friends are experiencing. I am thankful to have known her when I did. Praying for comfort for her family.
