My condolences to the Perkins family on the loss of COL(R) Fred Perkins. I was fortunate to get to work with Fred during his time as Commander, 7th Corps Support Group in Germany. He was always professional in every part of his leadership and had a positive influence on me and many other military members. He will be greatly missed.
